Peoplesets.com is a marketing site for a design studio. Browsing it is governed by these terms. Nothing on this page constitutes a contract for services. Those are negotiated separately, in writing, before any work begins.
Studio engagements
Studio work is performed under a written statement of work signed by both parties. Scope, fees, timelines, IP ownership, and confidentiality are defined per engagement.
Content & ownership
Everything on this site (copy, design, code, the project write-ups) is owned by Peoplesets. Don't pass it off as yours. Quoting or linking back is welcome.
No warranties
The site is provided as-is. We aim for it to be useful and accurate, but we make no formal warranties about what's here.
